Factory Numbers Vin - Radiator - Body

On a Mustang, Ford stamped their parts and panels offering a variety of numbers that reveal location and date codes of the production process.  For example, when a mustang was made they would mark it to the skid that it would go through the plant on. A worker would mark it in ink (which would be under paint and over time would rust and show) It is on main cowl on left passenger side of panel by radiator and battery. Picked up Car!

Image
Picked up the Car from Walter Morse in Durham, Maine for $2,500 Found under hay in Uncles Barn in Mass. When he went to pick up a coup his Uncle told him there was one in other barn.  When went to get couldn't find it until he looked under the hay. Which kept everything together (still rust but all parts there) and less damage the dash was perfect.  Console still there.  260 V8 numbers matching triple black car.  Ran motor from gas can and still ran.  When went to pick up got offered more for it that day. My wife had found a classified ad in Uncle Henry's and meet me at door when got home to call on car. https://photos.app.goo.gl/c96B5yrSyhewDnKr6
